At RS WHOLESALERS LTD, we pride ourselves on offering high-value wholesale pallets at unbeatable prices. Due to the nature of liquidation, clearance, and mystery stock, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

1. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

🔹 All pallets and boxes are sold as-is – The contents of each pallet are unknown, varied, and may include a mix of new, overstock, customer returns, and clearance items.
🔹 We do not guarantee specific products – Every pallet and box is unique, and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges if you are unsatisfied with the items received.
🔹 No refunds for change of mind – Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or returned.

2. Transparency & What to Expect

We aim to be 100% transparent about the nature of our products:
✅ Each pallet is a mix of random items, some brand new, some returns.
✅ We describe the product category, but exact contents are unknown.
✅ Stock is sold below wholesale value, meaning high resale potential.

3. Damaged or Missing Pallets

We work with trusted UK couriers to ensure safe delivery, but in rare cases of transit damage or missing pallets:
1️⃣ If your pallet arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing 📩 rswholesalers24@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the pallet before unwrapping
  • A description of the damage
  • Your order number
    2️⃣ If your pallet is missing, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.

🚨 Important: We do not offer refunds or replacements for items inside the pallet—only for undelivered or severely damaged pallets (if reported within 24 hours).
